Data we collect

Personal information you provide directly includes your email address, phone number, name, and — for brokers — job title and company details.

As part of verifying property owners and licensed brokers, we may also collect identity and licensing documents such as passport copies, Emirates ID, trade licence numbers, RERA Broker Registration Number (BRN) and Office Registration Number (ORN), and title deed documents. These are collected solely to verify identity and eligibility, are treated as confidential, and are restricted to administrative review only.

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

How we process your information

We process your information to facilitate account creation and authentication and to otherwise manage your account; to verify broker licensing and property ownership eligibility; to facilitate communication between owners, brokers, and administrators in connection with listings, offers, and viewing requests; and to comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise or defend our legal rights. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in connection with a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.

Once an introduction is arranged between an owner and a broker, limited contact details may be shared between them on a need-to-know basis to facilitate that transaction. Confidential documents — such as title deeds — are never shared with brokers or other users; they remain restricted to administrative review only.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. No purpose here requires us to keep your data for longer than you hold an account with us. When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process it, we delete or anonymise it, or, where that isn't possible, securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

How we keep your information safe

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including restricted access to confidential documents such as title deeds and identity documents, which are never exposed to non-administrative users. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to delete that data. Your privacy rights

Under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by contacting info@creativedeal.ae; we may still send service-related messages necessary for the administration of your account. To review, update, or terminate your account, contact us at the same address — we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.

Do-Not-Track signals

Most browsers include a Do-Not-Track (DNT) feature, but no uniform standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals currently exists, so we do not respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we must follow, we will update this notice.

Updates to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. If we make material changes, we will notify you by prominently posting a notice on our Services. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
